My sign isn't lighting up

This issue could be caused by either the LED dimmer or the transformer, please try these trouble-shooting steps first so that if we need to send you any new parts, we're sending the correct ones:

1. Ensure your remote is paired to your dimmer (Entry Series Remote, Pro Series Remote, Pro Series RGB Remote)

2. Replace the batteries in your remote

3. Unplug the LED dimmer and connect the clear wire from the sign directly into the black transformer (If your sign lights up, the issue is with the LED dimmer, if your sign doesn't light up, it's the dimmer and the transformer)

4. Check if there is a light illuminated on the transformer
